Our 10-week journey begins here, as we come together as a collective with a shared purpose. In this week, we’ll explore the transformative power of being deliberate and purposeful in every aspect of our lives. We will lay a solid foundation by defining our intentions, setting clear goals, and cultivating a mindful presence that will guide us through the next ten weeks. This week is all about creating the space to align our energy and prepare for the profound shifts ahead.
ILLUMINATION
WEEK TWO
In this pillar, we’ll gain clarity on the most important aspects of our lives during this season. We’ll dive into the concept of seasonal living, exploring how aligning with the natural rhythms of life can support us in navigating change with more focus, balance, and harmony. This week, you’ll learn how to embrace the ebb and flow of life’s shifts, using them as tools for personal growth and transformation, while cultivating a deeper sense of peace and stability throughout each season.
AWAKENING
WEEK THREE
This pillar is all about reconnecting with our inner essence of curiosity, play, and childlike wonder. We’ll explore how to release the fear-based beliefs, limitations, and emotional constrictions that may be blocking us from experiencing more love, joy, passion, and freedom. This week, we’ll dive deep into reclaiming our sense of adventure and authenticity, unlocking the playful spirit within that empowers us to live with more openness and vitality.
INTEGRATION
WEEK FOUR
This week is dedicated to reflection and integration, offering a break from our live group coaching sessions to give you the space needed to process and absorb all that you’ve learned so far. Integration is the key to true transformation, as it allows you to embody and apply the insights from this program into your daily life. This week, you’ll have the opportunity to explore how the tools, practices, and shifts from the training are manifesting in your mind-body connection, in your relationships, and in how you engage with the world around you.
ALIGNMENT
WEEK FIVE
In this pillar, we will deepen our connection to and gain clarity on our primary focus areas for the winter-spring season of our lives. We’ll explore the choices, habits, actions, relationships, and environments that may no longer be in alignment with our highest purpose. This week is about opening space to realign with our higher self and the grand vision for our lives. By embracing new ways of breathing, thinking, seeing, and living, we’ll unlock fresh possibilities and invite ourselves forward into our fullest potential—empowering us to move through life with greater clarity, purpose, and intentionality.
NOURISHMENT
WEEK SIX
This week, we’ll dive deep into our primary focus areas for this season, examining the ways we unconsciously consume information, technology, conversations, habits, foods, drinks, and behaviors. This exploration will bring heightened awareness to how we nourish ourselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. We’ll identify where we may be unknowingly giving away our power, draining our energy, and neglecting the boundaries that protect our self-love, self-honor, and self-respect. By bringing this awareness to light, we create the space to reclaim our energy and align our habits with our highest well-being.
CALIBRATION
WEEK SEVEN
In this pillar, we’ll refine our standards for how we choose to live, strengthen our boundaries, and elevate our energetic hygiene. Through mindful exploration, we’ll identify areas where we may be unknowingly wasting energy, allowing us to make more intentional choices that energize and inspire us. By the end of this week, we will be crystal clear on the practices and habits that align with our highest energy and vision, empowering us to step forward as the conscious creators of our lives.
INTEGRATION
WEEK EIGHT
This week marks our second phase of integration in the journey. It’s a time to step back from our LIVE group coaching calls, allowing space for deep reflection, processing, and integration of everything we’ve learned so far. These integration weeks are designed to remind us to pause, slow down, and honor the progress we’ve made. It’s an opportunity to celebrate our growth, acknowledge how far we’ve come, and give ourselves permission to be off-line—disconnecting from external demands and reconnecting with our inner selves. This week, we’ll embrace the power of stillness and give ourselves the grace to simply be.
EMBODIMENT
WEEK NINE
In this pillar, we shift our focus to anchoring in actionable steps, structure, and systems that will support you in living in your highest alignment and embracing your most authentic self. We’ll explore creative and inspiring ways to build accountability, empowering you to remain consistent in designing a lifestyle that is energizing, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling. This week, we’ll focus on practical tools and strategies to help you create a lifestyle that adapts to the changing seasons of life, supporting your ongoing growth and alignment with your true essence.
DEVOTION
WEEK TEN
In our final week, we will come together to celebrate the completion of our transformative journey. This is a time to honor, recognize, and deeply acknowledge the devotion it takes to continually show up for ourselves—no matter how many times life may throw us off course or challenge our deepest fears. Despite the obstacles, our souls persistently call us forward toward the highest version of who we are, for the benefit of our family, community, and the world. This week, we will reflect on all we’ve accomplished and step fully into the embodiment of intentional living, knowing that this practice is not just a destination, but a lifelong journey of growth, alignment, and purpose.
