About Scotty King
Scotty King is a dedicated Breath, Awareness, and Movement Teacher with a profound passion for guiding individuals on their unique journeys toward holistic healing and wellness—nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
Having overcome personal challenges of addiction and self-destructive behaviors in his early adulthood, Scotty embarked on a life-altering path of transformation, ultimately leading him to become a Certified Personal Trainer + Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Lifestyle Coach.
With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science as the foundation of his expertise, Scotty sought out the wisdom of the Eastern World, immersing himself in ancient healing practices, spiritual studies, and yogic lifestyle modalities. This rich exploration deepened his understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul.
Now, with over seven years of experience in coaching others, Scotty empowers individuals to live with intention, presence, and purpose. Through transformative practices of conscious breathing, mindfulness, physical movement, self-awareness skills and lifestyle strategies, he offers tools to cultivate lasting wellness and personal growth.
